To provide a football league that is to benefit children by establishing rules and regulations governing such games, contests, competitions, and exhibitions classifying those who participate therein; A major emphasis is placed on fun and enjoyment for the youth that are interested in playing and learning the skills of football. We will do this by teaching the youth football skills and techniques and to encourage, foster, and promote good sportsmanship and physical fitness through their athletic endeavor.
